I had bought a New Blackberry Bold 9900 handset in Aug'12. The set intermittently reboots, hangs. Network changes from Edge to GSM on its own and to NO Network. Screen goes black as a call is dialed or received.
Went to BB ASC (Khurana Bros) in Janakpuri today. They formatted all data and reloaded software, but still the screen goes black and it loses network. They insist on sending the handset to BB for 10 days. Isnt that unfair? A new phone, less than 4 months old and they are not ready to exchange or provide a temporary handset even. Pathetic Service.
