I have problem setting Internet Connection in Blackberry handset with service provider airtel. My handset is registered. Connection of internet sacntioned and amount deducted from my account. I got a message to contact 7070 customer care. After several attempts nobody is helping me instead misguiding, disconnecting, putting on songs and telling we are connecting to supervisors but never connecting. I am working in a reputed company & travelling a lot hence need badly internet connection in my hand set. It seems Blackberry & Airtel combination is my greatest mistake which I want to tell my 200 gadget lovers by sending email if my problem not solved by next 24 hours. My email id is [email protected].
