I have given my Blackberry bold model 9700 PIN 22A7E00E bought only six months back as the phone suddenly stopped functioning while it was being used, the phone was given without even a scratch on it and has not had any physical abuse, now after amonth of being kept at the service centre I am told that the phone is at the Bangalore service centre and the internal display is cracked and I have to pay for it, the phone was used very carefully and there is noway any such thing could have happened because of my handling it.
I request blackberry/Redington to stop harassing a geniune customer like me and do the needful at the earliest and inform me.
