Poor & very Expensive Service of Blackberry Mobile

I have Purchased a Blackberry Curve 8900 some 14 months back, I am very happy with the blackberry handset because performance is also good. One day when i woke up early in the morning and see that my blackberry screen has gone white & i am unable to see anything in it. I went to Blackberry service centre, they submit my mobile and says this is in warrenty & we will return after 7 days. But after 4 days hey called me and said that it can't repair in warrenty because some fluid goes inside the mobile. But actually NO SUCH FLUID GOES INSIDE THE MOBILE, then i ask them to repair it on chargeable basis, after this sentence they give me a very shocking reply, " IT WILL COST THE 80% OF the CURRENT VALUE OF HANDSET MEANS Rs. 1-.

This is the model of blackberry service. Because I hear the same sentence to other customer in the blackberry centre also. This means if the screen goes white then it is the death of Rs. 17000/- Blackberry handset. If anyone can help pls reply on [email protected]
