No voice

Sir i buyed B.B 9810 on 30th sep 2011 in evening and problem arises on the same day.

Problems-

Handset looses its voice means when any call comes the phone doesn't ring & if i pick up the call i cant able to listen any voice & the other person on the other side also can't hear me & when i restart the phone with removing the battery then it works for some time & then same problem comes again.

Hangs up

Very low battery back up

Optical scroll not working properly
