Blackberry Curve 8520
Internet services are not working

Hi

i have blackberry curve 8520 & taken a plan of 399. It got activated on 1st Oct'10 & renewed on 1st nov'10, the amount has been deducted.

But the internet services is not working since 1st Nov, I have already longed a complaint n number of times on 9871427070 but till now it has not been solved, its being 15 days today still its not working.

Kindly look over it & solve this out asap otherwise refund the money.
