This is with reference to a Blackberry Handset which was send to Blackberry service center and returned to us saying “Warranty Bounced”. The DC NO for case is s BLR/CD/12/01507 and WoNo (Work Order no) is BLR/BB/12/101114 dated on 18 May. My handset details are as follows Model Blackberry curve 9300 IMEI no is 357123046602438.This phone has been purchased from vendor “The Mobile Store” frazer town Bangalore on date 17/07.
I would like to know why my handset was send unrepaired saying “warranty Bounce” if it is showing in warranty and also like to know the reason for saying “Warranty Bounce”. As per my knowledge when any company refuses the warranty with “warranty Bounced” they have to provide the reason to client.
I had tried to call Blackberry support team but they didn’t revert me and in fact no one was egger to answer my call and my call been kept on hold for long time without getting answered.
Since the issue is pending from last two months I will request the response at the earliest. And if you are unable to support us please let me know where I can escalate this matter in Blackberry or RIM.
