Its been one month, that I am using my blackberry handest, which is giving me battery problems, I went to the lajpat nagar service centre and told them about my problem, as per the person who was dealing wth ma complain stated that they would need to refresh the software, on being asked the reason they said that sometimes due to software getting corrupt, the battery back up is low, I agreed wth thm and they refreshed the software, but even after a week I am still facing the same problem, for the second time I went to the lajpat nagar service centre and told them the problem, as per them I had to place a replacement order for the battery, which would take 14 days, so I won't be able to use my celphone for 14 days, there is no explanation as to why they can't provide me the replacement battery right then. I have other jobs to do as well rather than chasing blackberry service centre regarding this issue. I want an explanation from BlackBerry INDIA regarding this matter as soon as possible or else I would be forced to return my phone.
