I purchsed blackberry curve - appolo 9360 on 17 oct from authorised showroom of blacberry I.e SPICE RETAIL LTD, 189, CHANNI COMPLEX, SHOP NO 3 MODEL TOWN JALANDHAR vide their invoice number 112933146. I wanted to change the mobile sevices from VODAFONE TO AIRTEL. I took my phone to authorised showromm of blackberry located at galleria market Gurgaon for CHANGE OF THE SIM. After changin the sim, the representtative could not make the phone functional and advised me to take it Blackberry service centre located at SHOP NO 116 1ST FLORR, CITY COURT, NEAR SHIKANDERPUR, GURGAON. The representative at the sevice centre told me that A PIN HAS BEEN BROKEN DURING THE PROCESS OF CHANGING PIN.and now the defect will be rectified at the COST OF THE OWNER AND IT WILL TAKE TEN DAYS. The handset has been deposited vide workorder number GUR/BB/11/07007 with a deposit of Rs 200 at the service centre
I HAVE A GRIEVANCE THAT THE DEFECT OCCURED IN THE HANDS OF REPRESSENTATIVES OF AUTHORISED OUTLET OF BLACKBERRY AND I AM NOT AWARE OF HOW TO OPEN THE HANDSET FOR CHANGING OF BATTERY OR THE SIM.
I tried my level best to eXplain my version to the staff with a request to DEPOST THE HANDSET FOR FREE REPLACMENT SINCE THE PURCHASE IS NOT MORE THAN 10 DAYS OLD, HOWVEVER THE REPRESENTATIVE DEPOSITED THE HANDSET FOR REPAIR ONLY AT OWNER'S COST.
