Good morning,

I, Rakesh kumar had given my handset for service as there was some problem with the handset but now when i received your mail as it is not under warranty criteria i was really shocked so i need a complete clarification regarding this.

As the phone was not physically damaged and there is some manufacturing defect as i had repeated problems with the phone.

I would even like to tell you that within in a 2months i had given my handset thrice for service as i had the same problem which was not rectified.

The problem what i had was ear piece problem, phone gets hanged very often and voice is not clear.

I am not satisfied with the service and the handset as i had repeated problems with the phone.

I would also request you to check the service records of the phone as well.

So i kindly request you to look into the matter and request you to do the best possible thing for your customer.

My Black Berry handset bearing IMEI no 354907040914077 given for service against the Work-order no BLR/BB/11/06579 .

I have sent repeated mails and i request the company resolve the problem as soon as problem on ur mail id.

I request you to resolve the issue ASAP.
