My blackberry curve which I bought in the first week of January suddenly developed a white screen and the phone stopped working. I showed the set to the service center who have said that the phone is out of warranty since there is physical damage to the phone which is totally untrue since the set never fell or was subjected to any weight or pressure. The service center is not a blackberry outlet but a franchisee which is why it is interested to treat the complaints as out of warranty. Blackberry may like to note this and take appropriate action.
