The least you can do is give the email id of your Headquarter's-Typical Indian service-sell a product and let the customer chase you after that-Now one know's never to buy your product again.

No wonder your service centre's are like that

One can now understand why your service centre's behave badly-

I hope this is the response one gets in USA/Canada also-You would have closed down by now.

I had purchased a Blackberry Curve 3G, Model 9300 (No I 353872048413368) from M/S JMD Mobile - Gurgaon (India) on 19/1.

Eversince I have purchased it, the phone has been giving me problems.

I have not used the phone much since purchase

Initially for some reason the screen got defective, and I was made to pay for it. The whole process of repair took about 2 weeks.

After that the phone went all of a sudden dead-There was no light on the screen.

Again the process has taken about 7 days to repair.

Today, much to my dismay the phone has again got the above problem-

You would appreciate that it takes a lot of trips to hour service centre at Gurgaon, before the phone is actually returned back. They keep sending you back saying it will come tomorrow.

The costs involved in sending and getting the phone back, now would have almost come to the cost of the phone if I include what you charged me for replacing the screen.

In addition is the harrassment (of getting another phone) and payment made to the service provider, as they charge extra for Blackberry services.

Request you to kindly replace the phone, as it has almost spend one month with your service centre.

You must train your service people to be courteous and answer correctly, when the phone will be returned.

I am really surprised it takes about 7 days to resolve any problem with your phone.
