I handedover a working phone to M/s Redington for repair, the "DELETE" key was not functioning properly and was very hard to press.

Surprisingly I got reply after two days saying this phone is beyond economical repair and can not be considered under warranty.

I wrote more than 5 reminders to them but no reply from them,

Today Mr. Sivakumar-Redington has replied saying it is beyond repair and we can not cosidered under warranty but he did not anwer my question that how a working phone can go beyond repair in which only delete key was not working.

Please help me, I have spent 18, 000/- in purchasing this phone and this is just 6 months old puchase.
