I had purchased a Blackberry Curve 8520 mobile handset fom Bangkok last year in May. After 6 months of use the trackpad was not working. I took it to the Blackberry authorised dealer and they refused to attend to it saying it is imported and they can attend to sets sold by them only. I was given to understand that Blackberry has International warranty and that is the reason i purchased it in Bangkok. Presently the set is not operational as nobody can find the fault. I cannot accept a reputed company like Blackberry to give such treatment to its customers. I would expect someone from Blackberry to contact me on recieot of this complaint and resolve this issue
