Dear Sir,

I have bought a Blackberry Mobile Phone 9700 on 04.10.2010 from Sre Sai Communication (1/120, Shankar Road, New Delhi-110060.) vide Bill No. 4252. But after 2 months i am facing the problems like Automatic Switch Off & Network Problem. I went to Blackberry Service Centre i.e. REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED (E-48/4, 1st floor, Okhla Industrial Area-II, New Delhi. I have booked a compliant on 04.12.2010 vide Work Order No. DEL/BB/10/10632. After 10 days they have returned my handset with broken screen saying the water seepage and PWB tilted found in your handset, due to which the warranty of your handset is voided and its is getting despatched from Blackberry HLRC as without repair. But my phone never fall in water. I dont know what should i do where i have to go.
