This is the second time we are subscribing the Balckberry services and no proper support is rendered. Service charges are deducted on time and no proper guidance on how to download the details and connection are provided. Zero customer satisfaction. Very very bad service. DEPLOY EFFICIENT STAFFS ELSE DONOT RENDER THE BLACKBERRY SERVICES.
