ihv been using blackberry phone fr d past six months... fr d last 1 month dr was sm major problems in d handset... i gv d handset 2 an authorized blackberry service center thats in janakpuri on 29thjuly... i wanted a new pannel and a new key pad fr my blackberry bold 2... but till nw i hv nt recieved mi cell phone... even mr frustrating is tht mi BBM pin is bein used by sm other person... i hope dis issue wl b resolved soon by blackberry's authorized personnel... or else i wd hv2 tk sm legal action... mi IMEI no is:359564030380788 and NKP/BB/11/00978
