I have bought a Blackberry torch 3 on the 31-03 but on the 8-06 the phone switched off i approach the shop from were i purchased the phone i.e Kohinoor Electronics in Dadar (E) i was guided to the Blackbery service center in

I was made to wait for almost 2 hrs which i accepted anticipating a solution however i was wrong i was first told it could be a Software problem then later told it was a hardware issue i was told to give the phone i reqested the contact person in that service center to provide me with a new phone as the phone was brnad new and the handset was faulty. he refused neither was i provided a option of getting a replacement phone until this issue was fixed. I was told to speak to Kohinoor Electronics in Dadar (E) and get the phone replaced.

Later i called up a no provided by Kohinoor Electronics in Dadar (E) (18004253720 it was BB customer service i was told that the phone will be replaced and the agreed but later hung up i tried calling againg but the call was not accepted. Please help
