Issue with the handest

Hi!

I bought a Blackberry Torch 9860 on 10th March'12. The phone started giving problems from day 1. The issues faced were - immense heating, requiring charge 3 times a day, network vanishing suddenly, calls getting disconnected, screen hanging, keys not working. I visited the Redington Service centre and my brand new phone was with them for almost 15 days. Post which they confirmed that the phone has been repaired. However the problems still remain unchanged. I have written mails at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], but there has been no response. The helpline guys cannot help. I went to the service station again, they are helpless too. I called the Baroda Sales Office to speak to Mr. Anubhav whose name is written on the website of Redington and got the worst response ever.

The worst thing is that while using the phone it gets heated up so terribly that I cannot even hold it near my ears as my skin burns. But Redington is least bothered. The entire hierarchy is so dam busy that they dont even have time to reply back. Its pathetic and indeed a disgrace that Redington has the distribution license for Blackberry. The phone has costed me Rs. 29900 and I will let them get away with it so easily. As it is Blackberry touch phones have a bad reputation in the market. But it was my mistake to go for such sham choice. I want a solution else I am at the verge of filing a petition.
