I am DEPANKAR GARG s/o ASHOK GARG. I was order to www.naptol.com for blackberry storm 9530. that cost is after discount 9198.00 Indian rupee shipping charges. I was receive my order of 24 OR 25 MAY by cash on delivery. But that is very damaged, old and used product. I am very shocked. Than I was call the customer care and tell him all problem of this mobile. aur mujhe bataya gaya ki aap VAISHNAVI TRADING, OPP. CHANDAN CINEMA, JUHI CHARCH, BOMBAY per BLUE DART COURIER se wapas bhej dijiye aapko cheque payment ho jayega mane 26.05.2012 ko he mobile wapas bhej diya hai. 28 MAY KO BOMBAY DELIVERED HOI CHUKA HAI, MERE PAS NAPTOL SE KOE MAIL NAHI AYA. lekin mujhe darr hai ki kahi mere paise na doob jaye, pleas meri help kare aur naptol k khilaf fraud karne k liye karyawahi kare.
