Blades broken in warrenty period after two months

I have purchased Symphony air cooler on 29.04.2012 bearing serial no. 14A1611J05610. The blades of the fan is broken during the warrenty period. After several complaints the matter is not resolved. The service center is also charging Rs. 1250/- for the blades (which was broken in the warrenty period). I have purchased it at Rs. 10000/- and after 2 months they are charging Rs. 1250/-. This is totally a wastage of money when reputed products of Symphony is not working and the service engineers is not replacing it. I am helpless.
