And he also accepted that an octroi could not cleared from the Naka post due to Electric power off from Naka areas, .hence he is not able to take photo copy
of Invoice for octroi clearance purpose and he requested to the octroi officer regarding same and after taken permission from him then he take it to field, ...
From booking side, we can't say anything because of what happened done between you and our pickup staff, we doesn't know..
Base on your Claim letter, I'll personally coming at your home for spot verification of good damage by today in the evening[before 1900hrs], and after that will be proceed it to our claim settlement department for further processing, ..kindly co-operate for same, ..."
We want to inform you that when the delivery staff himself told us no. of times that he had taken efforts & risks and taken different route to save the octroi charges and demanded Rs.500.00 for that. Then why are they now giving the false excuse that he had not paid octroi charges because of some power faluire etc. etc. This is a false statement and i want you people to investigate the whole thing and please replace our TV as soon as possible.
