About deduction of balance and misbehaviouring of customer care executive

I have recharged my mobile number 9660070227 with 60rs.

on 18 april.

Same day i have got an msg of balance deduction of 20 rs. because of service activation of Tadka live. which i do not activated ever

The msg was- "Thanks for using TadkaLive subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 20. live cricket on mobile tv http://airteltv.co:8080"

to know about d above activation i called up the airtel customer care and there misbehaving and abusement was done with me.

i cutted d phone. after that one more balance deduction msg i have received which was-

"Thank you for activating Rs.19 (200MB Free Usage) Rental GPRS Pack. To deactivate dial *567#.
