Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star Airconditioner
Non receipt of Warranty Card

I have purchased a Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star Rated Airconditioner from Pooja Electronics and Appliances-Vinraj Plaza, Opp. Govt Press, Kothi Road, Vadodara. Whe the Out Door Unit packing was opened while installation, the warranty card for the unit was not included in the packing, the same was brought to the notice of the dealer and he assured that he would write to the company and arrange to send it to me. I purchased the Airconditioner on 19th April and it is almost a month now but still i am getting the same response from the dealer that it is pending from the company. I request the concerned to look into the matter at the earliest.

We expect better services from a renouned company like BLUE STAR.
