I purchased a BOSS 33 Sleek last month and within 15 days the Touch Screen became defective. On speaking with their Cutomer Care that they told me to send the same by courier to KRISHNA TRADERS, PAREL. One of the Customer Care Employee on 19th April misguided me by giving me a wrong picode due to which till date despite of sending it by Speed Post by Regd A.D my mobile hasn't reached KRISHNA TRADERS AND IT IT IS ALMOST A MONTH SINCE DESPATCH. I had stated to theri their customer care that I would go and handover in person, but they refused and said that I will have to send it by courier only.
