Dear Sir,
It is requested that I had purchased a mobile hand set which details are above. In this set these are complaints given as under:-
(1) Voice Hearing component is not working properly. Receiving Hearing Voice is not clear & it is very low and poor when I receive any call.
(2) When I start the FM Radio, voice is not clear.
(3) Only front camera is functioning but Back Camera is not working.
(4) Battery is discharged with in one hour.
Please check this instrument and replace or repair it. It is highly obligatory.
