I am shalabh kimtee, my requisition no. is 8441173189. I was told that some engineer would be calling me to resolve my query. I have purchased Wave 2 on 04-07. The phone was immediately replaced within 5 days as there was some defect. Within a year i have faced many problems with this handset. LCD was changed as it was not working properly, Recharge point got replaced, Memory card was not displaying, if charger is unplugged still the phone displays as charging is going on, only 150 message in inbox & the memory reflects as memory low delete some data. I have purchased a fresh handset from samsung, but within this year almost all the parts have got replaced & still the problem continues. Again three days i am facing the same problem of touch, charging point & all other still continues. I am really fed up as it looks like more a second hand handset. Kindly get this replaced & issue me a fresh handset, as my phone is still under warranty period. My contact no. is 09993012349. I have called up customer care & every time they say that someone from the team would call & close this, but no one is bothered to give a solution to my problem. If this is the after sales service samsung is providing by just selling defected handsets, i am really taken a back by this attitude & response from company. I have given my handset in samsung service centre at Star Mobile, MZ-116, Mezzanine Floor, Yashwant Plaza, Indore, requisition no. is 14182.
