Repeated Defects in the product. Unattended complaint for 2 months by service centre

I purchased a BPL refrigerator on 24.06.01.Complaints in the product started coming from Sep, 04. Every six months thereon, there is a fault in the fridge. I have already spent more than Rs.8500 on the repairs.

Last, I got the compressor changed on 5.10.09. In April, again there was a problem. The cooling was gone. The engineer came on 6th April. He told me that he could not locate the problem and only after the gas is filled that he'll be able to do the same. The gas was filled but it leaked after seven days. After complaining repeatedly for four days, the engineer came but to no avail. No money was given since the gas filling was under six months warranty. I was told by the engineer that that he would talk to his senior and revert back. It's almost 2 months, the fridge is lying just like that. The service centre didn't even give me the complaint request no.

Kindly get the fridge repaired and save from the harassment.
