I had bought the BPLSanyo Washiung Machine (Model ASW-U95T) from SURABI SERVICE NETWORK, 6, Jones Street, Nagercoil-629001. I had complained to this service centre on 10/03. The response was very poor. After frequent calls to them, one person came on 20/03, but he could not find the fault. He gave the company toll free number. I had called them many times and nobody has turned up as yet. It is almost a month and I am not able to use the machine.
I am very astionished by the response and have to really ask for a compensation for the mental tension.
