Within three months of purchase noise heard

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchaced the samsung Refrigerator RT-28SVPS[p-SATIN] on07/11 in Balaganapathy Enterprices, Neyveli. Within three months of working, as wheel rotates i hear the continuous noise in refrigerator.i complaint about this many times to dealer but they didnt take any action. Please help me to cure this problem.i have full details about my refrigerator in the following,
