No proper response given by technovison jaipur (raj.) aswellas your callcenter no.-1800-419-4040 entertained by firstly on22-7-11 saloni and after that mr. bhaskar, &complaint no given-jai-2207110373dated22/7 and kit of the set taken by mr. kamlesh ji on23/7 with the assurance that the set will running by monday. now there is any response given by your service provider or your complaint centre at no. with1800-***. here i requesting you that i made repeteadly followup to your service centrer, jaipur and your company complait call-centre . the details are- 26/7with mr. kamlesh ji, 27/7 at 12 noon with mithlesh ji at your call centre, 6.45p.m mr. gaus, 6.55 mr.taukir, 7.00p.m mr.sabiir, 7.05p.m mr.hemant, 7.10p.m mr. gurpreet ji. all were saying that the complaint is in process and reminder will be sent to technovision, jaipur. now all calls being made due to call disconnecting by them when i want to talk with the proper person or with senior. now till date &time i am not getting my repaired kit or any callback from yourside. here i again remind you that if you who is claiming a indian multinational is not in the position to bouned your frenchaisee servicecenter or employees for prompt service and proper response for growing our market & goodwill. here i am requesting you to please see into the matter with your grace and help me for the same.
