No action for registered complaint

Respected sir,
I have registered a complaint in BSES with Complaint No 2896 as on July 14 at 2:30 pm. After this, I remind again at approx. 4:05 pm and after this 3 or 5 time i remind but no response. I remind after 7:30 pm with reminder no 3318 as on same day. Again I lodge the complaint as on July 15 with reminder no 1933 at approx. 10:10 am, i remind 7 to 8 time but it’s really shock-able for me that there is nothing action taken by the BSES people. After this i remind in the evening with the reminder no. 2501 on the same day but no action and no response. Every time they give me new complaint and reminder no but they are not able to do sort out my electricity problem. From the July 14 onwards, electricity fluctuate continuously but they take an light to this matter. I’m totally frustrate about their services. I am facing this problem till today.
Please look into this matter and don't ignore the ignorance of BSES people.
