BSNL have recently switched to "bsnlnet" for net access. Their site "cellone.in" (which sends configuration settings to phone) is not able to recognise my "Samsung Galaxy 5" & no option for selecting it is there. Even feedback link is not there for commenting on user problems.
By manual configuration, I was able to use NET on my phone but am not able to use NET for my laptop using data cable since Laptop connection configuration is not available. Local BSNL office could not give me settings required. Please help.
I had contacted SAMSUNG service centre also and they tried but could not help.
