Non receipt of the product

Dear Sir,

I the undersigned had booked a SonyEricsson HBH PV 7.15 blue tooth head set on line and I had despatched the cheque No. 098580 drawn on HDFC Bank, Santacruz West Branch, Mumbai, for Rs.649, dated 11th July vide registered post No. A1207 on 11th July. The cheque was made to times Internet Limited, Darya Ganj, New Delhi 110 002.

The same was recieved by your company as confirmed by your representative Mr. Gautam. I do not have the order number.

It is requested that I may please be informed the time required to despatch the product and if for some reasons you are not able to supply the same please return the cheque to my registered address

An early reply in this matter would be appreciated.
