I had given my Sony Dvd home theatre system for service on the 24th of November to Sonus Electronic services which is Sony Authurised service centre. It is almost a month now. They have been troubling me since then. In spite of committing several times they have not repaired and delivered my system back to me. I am really distressed and it is affecting my work since i needed the system for my work. I have written several emails and spoken to them many times but it does not seem to matter to them. Please help!
