HALDLE LOCK DEFECTIVE

WE HAVE BOUGHT THE FRIDGE LAST YEAR, AND DULLY TOOK THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ALSO AS CONVICED BY THE SERVICE ENG.

WITHIN ONE WEEK WE HAD PROBLEM AND HAD TO CHANGE THE FRIDGE.

THEREAFTER WE COMPLIANED ABOUT THE DOOR HANDLE, WHICH WAS NOT FIXED PROPERLY BUT NO ACTION WAS DONE, INSTEAD WE WERE TOLD THIS IS NORMAL, BUT AFTER SOME TIME THE HANDLE CHIP CAMEOFF AND WHEN WE COMPLIANED ABOUT THIS WE WERE TOLD THIS PART IS OUT OF STOCK AND WILL BE REPLACED SOON, BUT TILL NOW IS NOT BEEN DONE AND NOW THEY TELL THIS PART IS CHARGABLE. FOR WHICH I TOTALLY DECLINE. SO NOW IF UR COMPANY CAN DO ANY THING ON THIS ISSUE OR I HAVE TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER FORUM.
