This is to inform tht bsnl customer care is not borthered abt any complains and even my complain no. is c1700258 i have register a complain of my caller tune to be closed on 11th feb. they have register my complain but still it is working and it's still not closed so i request u to close my caller tune n look forward to this aciton...
