Sir,
This is in regards to the harassment that I have been facing from the Airtel Recovery Dept. since the last 2 weeks, but it worsened yesterday i.e. October 30 when he started calling my family & friends informing them in a very rude manner that I have not cleared my airtel outstanding.
I wish to put on record that there is this Mr Shivam calling me on behalf of Airtel from this telephone no. 01724305807 & threatening me to clear my dues which are under dispute. He has called me over 20 times in a span of half an hour yesterday & thereafter started calling my wife & harassing her by speaking to her in offensive language.
He has been tracking my wife’s phone and has contacted her mother & only her female friends from her contact list from this same no.
He has also threatened my wife that he shall disconnect her connection as well & that if I don’t clear the dues he shall take serious action against me.
We contacted Airtel & informed them about this entire episode yesterday to which we were told they could not do anything about this & we could proceed with the Police Complaint if we wished.
Kindly look into this matter immediately as I am worried that this person has been tracking my wife’s phone & is also troubling others who are in her contact list.
