Monthly charge of 249 Rs. debiting regularly even after request for close connection of GPRS

I have requested to cut my GPRS two months ago and the customer care representative of Airtel assured me that no furter deduction of amount will be done from my account but the company has already deducting from last two month. Is it possible to return my money. I shall go to the cusumer forum very soon.
