Respected Sir,
I am a customer of your company now i am dealing with lot of problems first time. I had purchased Sony Ericsson mobile W580i (IMEI no-353736021335627) on 08.05.2009. After that i have to deal with lot of problems for seven times. Your company service center (Friends Communication, Barrakpore, your workers no. is SE310FCM10142) and another Service Center is (Podder Court, Kolkata, your workers no. is SE10ATS11213) could not solve my problems for seven times. Every time they said that my handset is, ok but aftersome days its seen that any new problem in my handset.
Now in 11.04.2010 i had buy Sony Ericsson C510 (IMEI no.356385030536044 after two months i am facing a new problem with this handset and the service didn't cooperate with me.
So i want a legal step about this matter and get a new handset.
