Water leakage from indoor unit

I have purchased carrier 1.5 split ac (durakool) on march from the begining it get water leakage into the room from indoor unit i gave complaint to carrier helpline they send some contract technicians but they could not rectify it kindly arrange to rectify it or to advice change the indoor unit immediately
