Dear Sir,
I have purchased above cited AC from M/S Kiran Electronics, 3, Tasker House, R.M.Rd, Naupada, Thane (T.No. 022 2539 1621) on 27.05.2011 and the same was installed by M/S POLR, Thane (T. No. 022 2547 3247-48) vide their commissioning report no.2229 on 29.05.2011.
Subsequently M/S POLR representative made following visits to attend to mainly water leakage problem vide :
1.0 Report No.710 of 10.06.2011
2.0 Report No.714 of 13.06.2011
3.0 Report No.955 of 13.07.2011
4.0 Report No.821 of 17.09.2011
5.0 Report No.608 of 01.11.2011
6.0 Report No.1024 of 05.01.2012
7.0 Report No.522 of 10.04.2012
8.0 Report No.917 of 12.04.2012
Unfortunately my problem still remains un resolved despite so many above cited visits even after lapse of more than 11 months from the Installation date.
In between M/S CARL have made arrangement to replace Indoor Unit with Sl. No. 12011131916 vide Invoice No. NPI No.4906821583 of 07.07.2011 and installed it on 13.07. however water leakage problem still persists.
I opine from above that either the m/c has manufacturing defect (which is next to impossible from a company of repute) or yr service personnel are in capable and in competent to fix the problem making all my efforts till date futile.
Now a day yr service partner M/S POLR turn deaf ear to my complaint and behave in rude manner asking me to do whatever I want and approach any higher authority for which he doesn’t care about.
His this attitude will surely give bad feeling to an end user for an established firm of yr repute.
I request yr intervention in resolving my long pending issue by deputing company’s sr. service personnel and oblige,
