Not providing warranty

Dear Sir/ Madam

I had purchased an Air Conditioner from the Show Room of Carrier near Frazer Patna, Bihar. The month must be July or August. Unfortunately the motor fan of AC was bitten by the rats so that I had complained the same to the carrier company on there toll free number as the AC was under warranty period. But they did not responded for a long time. During that period I had complained again and again after some sort of period the company called me and told me to pay for the destroyed stuff. All the story is going for a period of more than two months.

So therefore you are kindly requested to help me and consider upon my problem sympathetically.
