I bought a 1.5 ton Carrier split ac on 24 June from a dealer in Jalandhar (Punjab). Next day a company boy came and installed my ac. But after a week of usage ac stopped working.. On 6th July i called Carrier customer care. They told me that their technician will visit me in 48 hours. But today its 16 July and technician has not visited me even after 10 days of complaint. I called customer care almost 100 times but they just reply that they would get the issue resolved.
ITS A BIG MISTAKE TO BUY A CARRIER AC. BECAUSE THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS A HELL.
