Poor quality product!

I have purchased Split AC OF VIDEOCON from E MART RETAIL SHOP, Jayanti market Jaipur vide involve no. 897 dtd. 12. 06.2007. AC is not working properly and now stopped, i have lodged complaint at dealer end, sent mails to there specified mail IDs of Videocon customer care etc.

It's the WORST PRODUCT BRAND!!!
