I have bought aquasure filter 5 months ago and was told that the same will give best quality bacteria and virus free filtered water.
Soon after my installation we saw blackish color suspended particles depositing with filtered water.
As there was no complaint board (online) we thought to contact the service personal one person came after lots of waiting period and tried to solve the problem however the most bottom portion of the filter came out which he promised will be replaced as it was defective product (as told by the representative himself) the service personal promised to send someone who will do the needful. Till date no one turned up and when I complained the head office at Mumbai the service personal who turned up said it is fault of customer as it is broken so no replacement will be done.
I feel cheated. I warn others to beware of the company as they give false promise and tall claim.
