Videocon Washing Machine
Poor service back up!

I have lodged complain with customer care for non functioning of Washing machine complaint no A00VS07810036 on 10th of August After visit of their service engineer. We are still awaiting feedback / spares for the machine & after recitative follow up we are not getting appropriate answers from their service stations neither we are getting feedback that we cannot repair this washing machine.
