CELKON C9 MOBILE IS WOREST AND THE SERVICE OF CELKON ALSO WOREST

I bought a CELKON C9 mobile on jan 30 in Big C in Rajahmundry. It has a problem within 10 days. The phone is automaticall switched off and when i try it's again switch off. I gave it in Rajahmundry service centre, they are failed to repair it and they told me, it's better to send Hyderabad and it wil take 15 days time, after, but it taken 30 days to recollect it from Hyderabad, after i submit complaint in consumer complaint...

Now again my mobile has same complaint on 25th October it had been switched off automatically and when i switchon found it's not working and also I LOST MY ALL CONTACTS DETAILS. I went to TUNI service centre on same day, the technician told me THE IMEI numbers are failed... he tried to solve the problem, but he failed... he told me to send Hyderabad service centre. I submit in Tuni CELKON service centre on same day... and I spoke with HYDERABAD CELKON SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVES, and Technician Manager Madhu... and tell my problem... he promissed me the mobile will sent back with in 10days to my hand... already 12 days over... from 4 days i cal to Celkon service centre, the reply is bad... and Madhu sir also didn't lift my phone on 05-11, but when i cal with another number he lift and he said that "i m in traffic, i wil give u cal after some time..." but till now i didn't receive any call from him. Today also I call him, but he is not responding.. and today i cal to Hyderabad Celkon executives, simply they told my mobile is not received by courier till today...

I m a marketing people, because of the worest celkon handset i lost my all contacts and my business...
