Heating & hanging problem

i m YOGESH POTHARKAR living at karjat buying u r cell phone model no LG GD510. WHEN i using the above handset it is heated n i cant place it on my ears how it happpens? second one it is hanging when i use it for 1 hr? i m very carefully handling the above handset?

u r reatailer says to go to service center but at karjat?

give me u r opin can i use it or throw away bcoz it may be blast after heating this tipe of thots comes in my mind
