CFL related complaint

I have bought 3 wipro CFL bulbs from total mall, bangalore and sales person had confirmed the 1 year guarantee for the same.

Within 7 months all the 3 CFL went bad. When I contacted Total mall sales guys, they refused the guarantee bluntly.

Whom the customer will complain as the franchises are not adhering to the policies from the parent product company.
